Project overview: A returning client, who is now working as a producer for the duo Twin City, needed “a quick gif”. They had picked out a font and wanted "the V turned into two batteries with two blinking bars like the Spotify logo". They needed it in three days. They sent me the font and links to the duo's videos for inspiration.
Challenges: The only place the V icon would be legible for what it is would be on a big screen. Being that most people are going to view this on their phones, I thought they needed something bigger. I presented what they asked for but also presented a couple of other options

Tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
Deliverables: Gifs and mp4s, both regular res and hi-res, with various options such as no background and dropping "A Production"

They were happy with "1" so I moved into the animation stage.
They didn't like the jerkiness of the soundbar (which was the quicky way of doing things).
We were at our three-day deadline but they had some extra time so I was able to do more
with the animation.

Once the animation was fluid it was time to create the white-over-black version as well as the various resolutions and versions of both colors.
